"I found the whole experience refreshing"

I would like to express my deepest gratitude in the staff at the oesophageal lab in Hairmyres .

Michelle was amazingly calm and professional kept me calm and together through the test the boy who was doing the set up was very quiet did not speak much but was very busy, without asking he would have what ever was needed then and there.

Michelle explained everything in great detail and made it sound less scary than what is is. I feel that it is not so much what she said but how she said it with a smile and a laugh (with respect)

while getting the test the wall at the bed had posters on it with stories and comments from other patients for us to read both good and bad I thought that this was a nice touch there was also a poster inviting us to tell our story and give feedback hence why I am leaving this. while I was getting questioned by Michelle there was another poster with feedback from questionnaires. I found the whole experience refreshing and on a whole I found I was well cared for
