"Helpful staff"

I recently lost my daughter when she died of a rare & aggressive form of cancer. I have been left heartbroken, distraught and my memory seems to have vanished.

Everyone I have had contact with has been helpful, kind, understanding & have shown great empathy. I have phoned for appointments, often in tears and have been able to see or speak to my doctor with no problem. When my medication recently ran out the receptionist was able to get my prescription for me the same day.
