"Left waiting for over an hour"

This has been my worst hospital experience ever. As I pregnant woman I went in for my scan. After the scan I was told to wait back in the waiting room for a midwife to do my blood pressure etc. There was just me and one other couple in the waiting room. They had went and complained after half hour of waiting, I went to complain after 40 mins. Then after we had both been waiting an hour we both went and complained, we walked past the midwife office and there were 3 in there laughing and eating and joking around. We were both fuming and said we were leaving and wanted to complain. Then the receptionist went to get the midwives who didn't even seem bothered. I told them that because of how long I've waited I have missed the last bus of the day home and would have to walk over an hour home. And pregnant. To which the receptionist replied 'O dear'

Not apologetic or anything.
