We are really sorry to learn of your experience with MedOCC. When a patient is referred from the A&E department at Medway Hospital, we always envisage that they will be seen within four hours of arriving at MedOCC, but this is approximate as any emergencies will take priority. We would like to apologies that you were not informed that there will be a further delay in being seen by a clinician and we will be feeding this back to the team. If you would like to contact our customer care team please e-mail medwaycustomercare@nhs.net or call 01634 334 650.
