"Day surgery 1 ward"

I would like to thank all the staff on Day surgery one , I had a minor procedure under orthopaedic team. All the staff were friendly, polite,personable and everyone even the porters introduced themselves by name and designation. I can not tell you how important that was and how it made me feel very cared for. Every step of the way was explained and I had a friendly visit from the Physio technician with a very comprehensive explanation of the use of crutches thank you. The unit was very clean , the rooms well prepared.. what must be a very routine day for the staff was made special for me, most of us are unused to being a patient, I was nervous but cannot thank the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you.
