"Not welcoming as expected"

Not a good experience at all on the reception, very rude and unprofessional staff on the reception desk we booked the appointment and they said they would communicate with us about the appointment details although they did not send any text or email. However, Dr was very nice person both professionally and morally, the doctor tried to help us at their utmost including their assistant in the consultation room. The pharmacist were also very helpful and were kind to us by providing us with advice. However the receptionists ruined a almost great experience as due to them we almost missed the appointment!!
