"Time medical staff listened"

Appalled, absolutely appalled. I love the NHS but repeatedly trying to give a patient an oral antibiotic when it is clear they cannot have, when medical notes clearly show what happens, how poorly patient becomes as can not tolerate oral antibiotics.!

Failure to read notes, failure to listen to adult patient, failure to join the dots. Failure to care

Patient broke down, exhausted, extremely poorly and not heard at all!

I understand and recognise what is happening to the NHS, this is not an excuse for failures and abysmal practice.
