"Excellent care for breathlessness"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Admitted to Hairmyres Hospital A/E, with increasing breathlessness. Transferred to Ward 2 and then Ward 9.

Medical and Nursing Care was of a very high standard. Both wards were spotlessly clean and domestic staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication about on going care was very good which helped to reduce anxiety.

Thank you to the staff in both wards.
