"Long wait (111) but fantastic"

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I was referred via 111 and sent to the Dental Hospital. When I arrived it was made clear that I didn't really have an appointment but to be seen after patients with appointmental. 111 should make this clear because I was not prepared for a 4 hour wait.

However, the staff were fantastic. All very friendly. I was seen after a 2.5hr wait and sent for an xray. After that things went quite quickly. They even squeezed me in as a last tooth extraction patient when I asked despite them about to head home for the evening.

The procedures themselves were all very professional.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted 2 days ago and I have almost no pain now.

I can't thank the staff of this hospital enough.
