"Lucky to have it in the area ..."

About: King Edward Vii Hospital (Windsor)

As a patient referred here two years ago with Macular Degeneration, and had a series of beneficial procedures since, I can only speak with praise and gratitude. They sometimes forget to issue appointment letters but its almost trivial against the great work and kindness. So very lucky to have this excellent clinic in the area even if casualties may need to wait a while. That's not unexpected in hospitals and they will be seen, the main thing.

I confidently recommend. Even the little cafeteria is a credit, with lovely staff there too.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback - it is lovely to hear such positive things about our team. Matron will ensure this is fed back to the staff and apologises that you sometimes don’t receive the letters. We have been working with our clinical admin and IT teams to improve the processes around letters.
