I visited this place with an appointment for upstairs, it showed positive on my urine test for a uti, even my symptoms said so. Unfortunately I was allergic to to antibiotics and went down there again only to be told it's my anxiety as couldn't find on the system that I was prescribed antibiotics as was told its a different system to upstairs, my gp confirmed its allergy. While waiting for my urine sample to come back as gp sent me, anyway my symptoms got worse, again went walk in centre, the doctors are moody and seems so rushed, still they refused antibiotics and just acting as it's my anxiety. Apparently for some reason my gp surgery told me that I needed to do another urine sample, and again I was struggling with my symptoms so went walk in centre, still refusing treatment (antibiotics) even I know I need some.This system is totally flawed. I'd never trust myself to this service ever again in my life, I'll go to A&E from now on if I ever need out of hours service. What is anxiety, an emotion maybe, it's not nice to be labelled and discriminated against just because I take antidepressants.
