I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as I entered the ward, the staff there were excellent, as was the doctor. The Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline was fantastic the services was 1st class.

Dear eamone

Thank you for taking your time to feedback about your experience in the Regional Endoscopy Unit. I am very pleased to know that staff were excellent and you were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. It is paramount that our patients are made to feel that way in order to make their visit pleasant. I am sure the staff will maintain the 1st class!! standards of care they displayed on the day of your appointment.
