"Reassurance to apprehensive fellow patients"

About: Friarage Hospital Site / General surgery

This occasion had hernia repair, previously hip replacement and vasectomy. As retired from NHS, well aware how all aspects of care were of high standard. Caring nature of staff evident, particularly those aspects difficult to "target" or measure. I would be happy for my close relatives to receive care here (even after my demise).
