Appalling service by staff who I felt were rude when I was spoken to and ignored most of the time. Left not knowing what was happening. Only good visit was the porter who took me for my spine x-ray. They were amazing, polite and actually had a laugh with them at a worrying time. If only other staff could take a leaf out of their book.
