My advisor was Janette, she was always very kind and caring and her manner was always sympathetic to whatever problems I had.

I know they can’t tell you what to do but they try to advise you on the best course of action. Plus it also helps to discuss your problems that cause your stress and depression with a total stranger not a friend or family member!

The only concern is you have to wait for such a long time to be seen so you end up trying to deal with problems yourself.

In one of the letters form IM it said I could have gone to another clinic whilst waiting for my appointment, this should have been sent at the first instance, this would have been better!

Thanks for your feedback crocodilepp88. It sounds as though you found your therapy helpful, and that you were able to identify issues that were causing you stress and depression. Im sorry you felt that you had waited for a long time for your therapy. I can assure you that our therapists are working through the waiting lists as quickly and effectively as possible. I will also take your suggestion to management regarding the offer of another clinic in the letter from us.
