"Would recommend the ENT department were lovely"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

I went to the ENT department today after almost a year of not being able to hear from my left ear and having reoccurring infections and cysts behind me ear. I felt like it was hard for my Surgery to understand this however when I went to the ENT for my appointment today i was treated so nicely and the staff were so friendly. I saw a doctor and I barely had to explain myself they understood where I was coming from and helped me within 5 minutes and they listened to me (which is very rare with doctors I've noticed). I've personally had really bad experiences with doctors and the NHS (my mum had so much trouble with Doctors in the NHS) but I was put at ease after today's appointment and would definitely recommend. I barely had to wait too I heard a story from someone I know saying they had to wait 4 hours till their appointment however I only had to wait 20 minutes
