"Everyone introduced themselves by name"

Attended day surgery yesterday, for, to me, a delicate procedure. All staff were very attentive and informative and this made it feel easy to ask any questions about my procedure and aftercare. And can I say it's the best recovery I've made from any general anaesthetic I've had over the past few years, thanks. Everyone did introduce themselves by name and while I remembered at the time I have forgotten a few names but thanks to all that attended to me yesterday.
