(as a service user),

I recently attended the bloodroom feeling very nervous as I am very needle phobic, a lady called me in after a 20 min wait and because of her lovely caring manner I slowly felt at ease. Her name was Amanda.

She talked me through the whole experience and the full procedure was totally painless and over in seconds! This lovely lady made me feel at ease by distracting me with chit chat and even jokes! Thank you, I won't be frightend again!
