"too many restrictions on my care plan"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I do feel involved in my care plan however they don’t tell me what is going on. Not really interested but on the other hand I am not really happy with the care plans, too many restrictions. Named Nurse off a couple of day’s plans in place to change named nurse as don’t see current named nurse very often. My plan is to discuss my care plan.

I have felt a few times bulled by Patient and Staff, Staff takes the P... out of my culture. Some patients try to wind me up and try to get me to hit them. I do upset them too, say things that are personal. Staff do try to resolve issues (not all staff have been horrible)

I would like to do more at the Southwell centre. I am happy now - more that I have been for a while

Hi

Thank you for being honest about your care. This is really important to help us improve the things we do to care for you. I am concerned that you have said you feel the staff bully you and things are too restrictive. I think it is important that you speak with your ward manager of matron about this. You can write to them directly if you feel uncomfortable to speak in front of people and they could arrange a private meeting to talk about why you are unhappy, who you feel is bullying you and support you.
Please ensure you do speak with someone so we can support you with your care and living arrangements.
