"I feel cared for by my named nurse"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I am involved with my care plan and sometimes what goes into it and my CPA.

I feel cared for by my named nurse, he helps me with home visits and care plans and help me feel less anxious about it all. I have been bullied in the community meetings but we can have support after the meetings and we can have a 1-2-1 about it all

I think the new staff should come into the wards for a coffee morning especially the new OT’s

HI,

Thank you for your post, its really nice to hear that you feel cared for and involved in your care planning and CPA.

We are doing some training and awareness in September to support you around feeling bullied and how you live together as this must be hard at times. I hope this will help you cope a little better and give you some skills.

What a good idea about new staff and a coffee morning. I will try and set this up. Bring this up at the patients forum as well so we have this on the action plan to make sure we do this. Thanks that's a great idea!
