"My nurse talks with me, which I like"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I have a 1-2-1 2 to 3 times a week with my named nurse, who shows me what is in my care plan 2 which I like and also what I would like in it. my named nurse also talks with me when working on Nights which I like

I have had some mediation when I have had a problem with other patients and things get sorted out. I have never felt intimidated here.

I would like to see somewhere we could ride bikes ( like a dirt track ) I think the food could be improved here, sometimes the rice is much too hard or meals are cold especially the chips, this happen a lot

The staff treat me well and with respect if I behave. I can do more like go to Southwell

HI,

Its great to hear you have session with your named nurse that supports you. Medication is a great way to sort out your differences within the ward as it must be very difficult living with your peers at times, so I'm please you are supported to do this in a positive way.

I will pass you comments on about the food to the catering manager.

The service is in the process of organising some bikes for you to ride... so watch this space.:)
