"Great A&E unit"

Popped to A&E tonight for a concerning inflamed lump my husband had. Yes, the wait time for almost 3 hours but in that time he was assessed, had bloods taken, was seen by a clinician and had medicine dispensed.

All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, approachable, reassuring and obviously expertly trained. The doctor knew exactly the problem and dealt with it quickly but in no way made us feel rushed.

I was very impressed and we've come away feeling well looked after.
