"Thank you all for your kindness"

I just wanted to praise the department for there outstanding care and professionalism during my mothers stay last month. My mother was admitted to a&e following a fall where she had fractured her femur. Staff Nurse Emily attended to my mother straight away, put her in a gown, checked her blood pressure, did a tracing of her heart, took bloods and put a cannula in and gave my mom strong pain relief before sending her to X-ray. My mother was in so much pain and Emily knew straight away she had broken her hip and sorted her out within a few minutes. My mom was then seen by a doctor with Emily who's name I am unsure of and was referred straight to the orthopaedic drs. My mom went up to the ward a few hours later and had surgery the same day. She is now recovering at home. Thank you so much for your kindness. All of the nurses were extremely well and professional under immense pressure. Complete admiration and Emily you are such an inspiring nurse. Thank you once again.
