"Excellent service at the breast clinic"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Breast surgery

I attended an appointment at the breast clinic today after discovering a lump.

I was extremely nervous but staff were really friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease.

I had been Pre warned that the appointment might take 4 hours but I was just over two hours. Quite a lot was covered during that time and I didn't feel I had to wait long between seeing the consultant, mammogram, scan, review etc.

All staff were knowledgeable and pleasant and I would definitely recommend. I've used private healthcare for similar checks but actually found this less stressful.
