About: Alnwick Infirmary

Attended Minor Injuries with conjunctivitis. Receptionist booked me in promptly. The nurse practitioner explained why there might be a short delay before assessing me, but they saw me with minimal delay. The assessment was thorough with plenty of explanation, and I can away with treatment and advice on what to do if things didn't get better. Thus is the NHS at its' best, I hope managers continue o support this service.
