"Incredibly inclusive outpatients appointment"

About: Crawley Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I saw the doctor from outpatients ENT at Crawley.

The doctor was thorough, both in their physical exam, in the testing undertaken and consulted me in how to move it forward.

It's the first time in a very long time that I felt included in my care and onward treatment.

I was feeling as if this was going to be another wasted appointment, but the doctor has restored my faith.

I left happy and reassured that the next steps were moving in the right direction.

On another note, every member of staff i came across today was polite, smiling and helpful, from reception to nursing to audiology.

Refreshing!

Thank you for sharing your story. It's always good to hear that our patients feel that their appointment went well and they were treated with respect and compassion by all our staff. It is so important to leave an appointment feeling that progress has been made and that you understand and are reassured by decisions that have been made together with your doctor.
