Reassuringly just received post op outpatient appointment which will complete a very good hospital experience from the Urological team and Hopkins ward at Royal Berkshire Hospital.

From a very early morning visit to A and E where my husband received prompt treatment via the Surgical Assessment Unit to Hopkins Ward. He received much courtesy and kindness at every stage with clear explanations of what was happening and what to expect next.

Returning later for surgery, my husband felt confidence in all he saw and received great care. Thank you.
