About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

The care and attention I received on my day visit for a hand operation was excellent. You can't improve on perfection.

The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful if the person who is going to pick you up can be given an estimated time of when they should come back for you. I am sure people would understand if the times were not met as no one can be certain that things will go to plan.

Sometimes it is not always possible to even estimate a time for collection, but I appreciate that this information would have been beneficial to you and I am sorry you did not get advice about this.

I will share your comments with the staff and we can make more effort to improve on this.
