This was my first experience at Barnsley accident and emergency and I have to say from start to finish I was impressed.
All staff very reassuring, efficient and helpful.
Particular praise goes to a nurse practitioner who gave a jargon free explanation of my problem and even allowed my 11 year old son to view the X Ray .
Also to the receptionist in X Ray who went above and beyond to rectify the technical issue when my name was not on the system.
Very very impressed
