"Emergency Abcess Drainage"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Excellent service. After being referred by my GP to my local hospital they reffered me to MRI. Arived at MRI at 7:30am. Assessed and triaged by 9am. A little wait while bloods and stuff analysed and then seen by Max Fac team. Discussed options and what was going to happen with surgeon and anesthesiologist. In surgey and succesful. Transferred to Head and Neck ward where staff took excellent care of me and worked with me to help solve bigger picture issues at home as well as own personal medical problems.

Overall minimum discomfort achieved.

I would recomend a change of coffee from the Mellow Birds austerity blend though. :)
