"Lovely Staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Nuclear medicine (diagnostics)

(as a service user),

It was my first time at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and the people in red at the front of the hospital were lovely and guided me to the correct place. And whilst I was inside the scanner the staff were fantastic and reassuring.

I work in a small team within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. Part of the team’s role is to support patients and carers through our feedback systems which will help to improve the services we provide. On Patient Opinion, I support Lorna Gray, Patient Experience Public Involvement Project Manager, and Niall McGrogan, Head of Patient Experience Public Involvement.

Dear Ali2017

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion. I am pleased to read your positive feedback about our volunteers and our staff in nuclear medicine, especially that they made you feel reassured.

I will share your feedback with the senior managers of each service. The staff and volunteers will be delighted to read your kind words.

Best wishes
Lisa
