"Outpaient Department."

I would like to say how good my experience was.

I had an appointment with a doctor who explained my position clearly, with a lot of patience and with a pleasant and friendly manner. I felt at ease. The student was very nice also.

Everyone in the department looked after me well and efficiently

There was an atmosphere of an exceptionally helpful and outgoing nature.

They all worked so well together.

A member of staff not of the department, when we were looking for the toilets, accompanied us instead of just giving verbal directions.

I am an amputee and really appreciate that sort of thing when in an unknown environment.

My visit went so easily and I would like to thank you all.
