"Reassuring knowing I could access help in the early hours"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / District nursing

(as a service user),

In the early hours of the morning I had to call spoc and spoke to a lovely helpful lady called Kim, I explained my problem and she arranged for 2 district nurses to visit. Marie and Donna both arrived soon after and helped me out of pain and refitted a device, they were both so kind and reassuring throughout. It was reassuring knowing I could access help in the early hours

HSover18,

I am sure that my nursing colleagues, and those in our single point of contact, would say they were just doing their job. However, it is always nice for them to receive compliments from patients and I'm sure they will appreciate your kind words and be pleased that they have helped you feel more reassured.
