"ignorant staff from start to finish"

from getting there to us leaving was a terrible experience. the staff on reception and the DR we seen was so ignorant, the DR suggested what they wanted to do and when we questioned it be fro signing for it they said, look if you don't want it, that's fine by me and they tuck the paper from us, the doctor said they requested our files from our our other hospital and when i called them to see if they had they said no even though the DR at ROH said the doctor did. would never recommend anyone to go to this hospital absolutely disgusting
