Had to wait an hour before I was seen by the ENT staff.
There were 3 staff members cramped in a single room and I was not sure what the role of each was to be honest.
No introduction of who was who and I am still not sure who the main specialist was? Not sure if a couple of them were training, but if you are training, then explain that to the patients so we are not wondering!
Received very vague answers and in the end I was asked if my problem persists or if I'm dissatisfied, the go to my GP - almost like they didn't seem concerned!
Not just that, instead of being proactive, the staff read the notes of my appointment soon as I entered - they were not prepared and had no clue why I was there.
At the time of examination, they had to check with eachother as to what their thoughts are - it was all very awkward and they were simply not professional! The appointment was a complete joke!
"Staff members seemed quite clueless"
