"Very poor experience at horton hospital"

About: Horton General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I had to go into the horton with my son recently who was very unwell and we were taken in by ambulance. The first nurse that spoke to us was unbelievably rude and cold especially as my son is only 6 and was upset. In general I was made to feel that we shouldn't be there particularly by this nurse and no effort was made to provide any reassurance at any point. It was an awful experience that I found very upsetting.
