On trying to find some urgent advice to do with an acute situation of mental health assessment and support needs, the website says that you can ring A&E and ask to speak to the crisis resolution team. But on ringing A&E, the advice is that they don't have a CRT anymore and didn't give any advice to assist on what to do. Several parts of the website for MH service emergency support for Sheffield state this and it wasn't possible to get that that support and left the family feeling very unsupported and at breaking point during a very difficult acute phase. The website needs to be updated immediately or if that is the right information the receptionist/staff need to have information updated so that anyone calling can get the immediate help they need or be signposted to the right place
