"What an awful person."

I was so excited to finally be starting treatment for my cronic back pain. Unfortunately the administration at my local surgery had made a slight mess of the referal sheet but nothing that could not have been sorted with a little good will on the side of the physiotherapist, unfortunately that was not forthcoming. All the person did was listen, let me flouder about and shrug their shoulders. They mentioned it was a triage visit but gave no explanation as to what that meant, in fact there was very little conversation. I asked if they would phone my surgery, please to clarify the referal they refused. Could this be sorted I requested, they shrugged their shoulders. I left in tears.
