"I had beautiful treatment with them"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Trauma and orthopaedics South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I has having a problem with my hip. I was experiencing a lot of pain and had trouble moving. I had to call an ambulance, who took me to Exeter with a suspected broken hip.

The paramedics from South Western ambulance service arrived in 20 minute or less. I thought they were very good, and kind. I had beautiful treatment with them.

I then had to go through the same experience again but the second time I went to derriford hospital.

I was seen quickly in both cases and the staff were just wonderful and very caring.
