"Unhelpful"

On holiday. Member of our family, recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes was unwell and was refused an appointment as a visiting patient. Only advice was to go to Cromer, an hour away by public transport. As the person was too ill to do that we had to rely on advice of a local pharmacist (who luckily was able to help). This is the only place I have encountered that point blank refuses to treat people new to the area as a temporary patient. Won't be visiting Wells again.
