"Excellent care from Birch Ward, Ward 18 and..."

Many thanks to the urology team who looked after my dad for his operation in the Urology department. He had a TURBT last week. The surgeon and all the staff were excellent. Many thanks to Ward 18 for making him comfortable. I was impressed how clean the ward was, and how friendly and approachable the nurses were. I would also extend my thanks to the WRH pre-assessment unit who were very professional and helpful. I also wish to point out that the hospital did reach its target of managing his cancer within 4 weeks.
