"Very poor experience"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

After visiting the urgent care centre we were very impressed and had high hopes for this hospital. However, when my partner was transferred back to wansbeck we had a completely different story. Very poor care indeed and absolutely abysmal attitude from the staff nurse, very disappointed indeed.

I am so sorry to hear this – thanks very much for bringing it to our attention. I’m naturally keen to find out what ward your partner was on ? There is no justification for poor attitude or behaviour from a member of staff and I’m very disappointed this has clouded what had previously been a positive experience for you.
