"Follow up appointment"

Having waited for well over 3 years for a follow up appointment I meet with a consultant who was very helpful and apologetic for my long apsence from the clinic and couldn't understand how it happened. Every time I rang to see where my appointment was I was told I was on a waiting list. I'm now on a new course of drugs and an expected return visit within 3 months. I haven't received an appointment so followed up with phone calls. Really difficult to get through but guess what I'm on a waiting list

This means if I'm not seen I won't be able to get any more medication until I've been seen.

Here's hoping. The staff are always most helpful but couldn't give me any answers this time
