My grandad was admitted to sage ward at Moseley in early 2017 when his dementia accelerated. It was extremely worrying as we didn't know what quality of care he would receive after having a very bad experience at the QEHB. Our minds were instantly put at ease as the staff here are simply wonderful. They do an amazing job providing care for their patients. They have never given us cause for concern and did their best right until my grandad passed away. Thank you to everyone their for your hard work, patience and understanding.
