"Making a scary situation better"

About: Alnwick Infirmary

The staff at the Minor injuries Unit at Alnwick were great examples of what is brilliant about the NHS.

From the person at the front desk, through the nurse and the radiographer, they were friendly and efficient.

They dealt with my teenage son with clarity and patience and likewise with his neurotic mother!

It is wonderful to have such a unit in our local area, we are lucky to have it.

It is always such an anxious time if our children become ill, therefore I’m pleased to hear that you received the support and care you both needed from our staff in the minor injuries unit.
