(as the patient),

From the time we arrived we have been cared for to an excellent standard. Staff have been polite, friendly and helpful, often going above & beyond.

If possible, more facilities for dads would be welcome. The temperature in the room has been uncomfortable but we understand this type of hot weather is rare. Quieter baby monitors might be an idea. In shared rooms, it might be an idea to limit numbers and set acceptable behaviours.

We welcome feedback from our women and as a result of your comments we have developed a ward information leaflet which is left at each bedside on the postnatal ward.

We have also included guidance for partners. Thank you for taking time to leave your comments because they have helped us to develop our service.
