"Day light robbery of pensioner"

My mother was rushed into west Suffolk following a fall, my stepfather an oap visited her every day and no one told him about the care package to save him paying the astronomical car parking charges, after two days on Saturday 17/6/17 my mother took a turn for the worse and was blue lighted to addenbrooks with a bleed on the brain, my stepfather went in the ambulance with her, which meant his car was left in the car park, my sister went and explained the situation to the car park assistant, by the time addenbrooks had stabilised my mother so my stepfather felt comfortable to leave her, I drove him from addenbrooks back to west Suffolk to collect his car, only to be told by the car park assistant, my stepfather would have to pay £12.00 to get his car out, I explained to the assistant again that he is an oap, basically reply you have to pay, I'm totally discusted and thinking about highlighting this with the bury free press, shame on you west Suffolk.
