"Pediatric assessment unit - Insensitive,..."

About: New Cross Hospital

We had to wait in the Pediatric assessment unit for over 5 hours to be seen. Can this be called good service? Having worked in healthcare for around 15 years I can surely say the way in which work was being done there was highly inefficient. Staff, especially the nurses, were highly insensitive.

Disappointing state of affairs.
