"Excellent experience"

Having read prior, rather disparaging reviews of this hospital I was a little anxious about my potential treatment here. I was treated via choose and book on the NHS when allocated Blackheath hospital. However I have nothing but praise snd positive feedback following my treatment here.

Appointments were set up quickly and I was seen on time. The surgeon listened carefully to my concerns and quickly identified the problem with my shoulder. I have nothing but respect for them, truly grateful. Had the appropriate surgery on Monday. Expected to be treated as a second class citizen as being treated on NHS. Not the case at all. Was treated kindly, efficiently and the hospital was so clean and pleasant. I had such a positive experience and cannot find a single aspect of my care worthy of any negative criticism.
