"Wonderfully caring, helpful, friendly and..."

I have had three visits so far to the day case unit. (Colorectal section) On each occasion I found the staff really helpful and friendly.

Today I had to be there for a procedure, and every single member of staff treated me with dignity, but in a friendly and compassionate manner.

I felt reassured, informed and cared about.

I don't think anyone could wish for better care.
